This will be achieved by following: 

		All the plants shall be designed to highest standards of safety
		Working procedures shall be safe. Compliance of all the procedures is adopted.
		All employees and contractors would be educated about safe work practices.
		Endeavour to go beyond compliance proactively to avoid any accident/ incident
		We will learn from failures both internal and external and apply controls to the plant Site / Complex.
		We shall ensure regular audit of procedures and practices.
		Opal will adopt proactive methods for identification of any occupational health hazards.
		The working environment for the employees and contractors would be safe and healthy.
		Resources such as time, attention and expenditure for these programs shall be properly allocated.
		We shall build and adopt a continual improvement culture using PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) approach to improve health and safety performance.
